Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This notice has been prepared by Beyaz Ulaşım ve Enerji Sistemleri Ltd. Şti., acting as data controller, under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

1) Information you share when you contact us. There is no form to fill in on this site. When you reach us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we process your name, your contact details and whatever you choose to share in your message (for example the address or title deed status of your property).

2) Technical records created when you visit. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any website, your IP address and browser information are processed by the hosting provider for security and to deliver the service. Visit statistics are kept as aggregate measurements that use no cookies and do not identify you.

3) The map on the contact page. Google Maps is embedded on the contact page. When you open that page, your IP address and browser information are sent to Google so that the map can load.

4) The on-site assistant. The assistant at the bottom right runs entirely in your browser: the questions you type are not sent to our servers or to any third party, and are not stored.

Cookies. This site uses no advertising, profiling or analytics cookies, which is why no cookie consent is requested. To avoid showing the assistant’s greeting twice in the same session, two small entries containing no personal data are kept in your browser’s session storage; they are deleted when you close the tab.

• To keep the site secure and running without interruption
• To comply with our legal obligations

Your data is not used for marketing, is not sold to third parties, and no commercial messages are sent to you without your permission.

Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds under KVKK Art. 5/2:

• (c) Processing directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract — your service request and the proposal process
• (ç) Compliance with a legal obligation
• (f) Our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed — site security and responding to enquiries

Your data is collected electronically: directly from you when you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, and by automated means (server records) when you visit the site.

Your data is shared only with the service providers below, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. Their servers may be located outside Türkiye:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and security of the site. Servers are distributed worldwide.
• Our email service provider (Yandex) — emails you send us are stored in our mailboxes on that provider’s servers.
• Google LLC — IP address and browser information, only when the embedded map on the Contact page is displayed.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) — only if you choose to write to us on WhatsApp, in which case the conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own terms.

Beyond these, your data may be shared with authorised public bodies where the law requires it.

The information you share when contacting us is kept until your enquiry is concluded and thereafter for the limitation and retention periods laid down in the relevant legislation. If your enquiry leads to a service agreement, the related records are kept for the statutory retention periods. Data whose period has expired is erased, destroyed or anonymised.

By applying to the data controller you may:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom it is transferred
• Request rectification if it is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request erasure or destruction under KVKK Art. 7
• Request that rectification and erasure be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
• Object to a result against you arising from analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage through unlawful processing

You may send your requests, together with information and documents establishing your identity, by email to info@expertimar.com or in writing to the address above. Your application will be concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.

If your application is rejected, you find the response insufficient or no response is given within the period, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

This notice may be updated in line with changes in legislation or in the data processed on this site. The current version is always published on this page.
